Dr. B.V. Raman
(1984–1998)
As the Founder-President, Dr. Raman led ICAS from its inception, establishing it as a premier institution with over 55 chapters across India. He inspired a generation of astrologers and students, promoting Jyotisha as a scientific discipline through rigorous education and research.
Justice S.N. Kapoor
(1998–2008)
Associated with ICAS since its founding, Justice Kapoor served as National Secretary (1988) and Controller of Examinations (1989) before being nominated by Dr. Raman as Hon. National President in 1998. He later chaired the International Wing, contributing significantly to organizational growth. Known for his research on Divisional Charts, he authored works like Splendour of Vargas and received the Dr. B.V. Raman Swarna Samman in 2018.
