Late Justice S. N. Kapoor
Former Judge of the Hon’ble High Court of Delhi, nominated by Dr. B. V. Raman himself as Honorary National President of ICAS, and founder patron of ICAS NCR. He authored 75+ articles and mentored countless students in NCR. (PIC)
Late Shri Mahendra Nath Kedar
A founder member of ICAS (NCR), a Jyotish Vachaspati and Bhushan, author of many books and articles, besides being a mentor to numerous researchers in Vedic astrology. (PIC)
Shri S C Mishra
Renowned Sanskrit scholar and Vedic astrologer, associated with ICAS since 1990. A celebrated author, speaker, and Jyotish Guru, he has written accessible commentaries and books on Indian ephemeris and classical texts.
Their legacy continues through the rigorous teaching standards,
with an emphasis on both classical and applied astrology by ICAS Noida Chapter
Shri Pradeep Chaturvedi
The Noida Chapter of ICAS, was formally established in 2004 under the visionary leadership of Shri Pradeep Chaturvedi, an eminent Vedic scholar and former Joint Secretary of the Rajya Sabha, Parliament of India. A Brihad Acharya, Jyotish Kalamani, and Jyotish Visharad, Shri Chaturvedi laid the academic and ethical foundation of the chapter. He currently serves as the National Vice President of ICAS and continues to guide the Noida chapter as a visiting faculty member, offering advanced techniques in Predictive Astrology and Post-Visharad.
Founding Members
Alongside Shri Chaturvedi, the foundational vision of the Noida Chapter was collectively shaped by other distinguished founding members, namely, Shri Alok Tewari, Mahesh Vijh, and Shri Kalki Krishna. Their commitment, scholarly depth, and administrative support were instrumental in establishing a strong academic and spiritual culture within the chapter. Each founder brought unique strengths, ranging from deep astrological knowledge to strategic organisational skills, that helped build a thriving community of learners and practitioners. Their collaborative efforts laid the groundwork for the Noida Chapter to emerge as one of the most respected and active branches of ICAS nationwide.

Shri Amardeep Sharma
An engineering professional (BE in Electronics & Communication) he has worked on critical projects for the Indian Air Force and Indian Railways, including Bofors gun control units and axle counters.
In 2005, he joined the ICAS Noida chapter to learn astrology; around 2013, he began teaching at the centre and offering astrology readings. He became the Chapter Head in …………..He emphasises understanding karma and root causes, and strongly advocates avoiding fear-driven, costly remedies. He aims to offer affordable and meaningful insights rather than scare-based consultations.
Kalki Krishna
Shri Kalki Krishna: B.Com., LL.B., A.C.M.A., Jyotish Shastri, Jyotish Visharada, Vaastu Pracharya; deeply studied all the branches of Vedic legacy e.g. Yoga, Naturopathy, Ayurveda, mythology, Vaastu, etc. Certified Reiki and Pranik healer; Attended, presented papers and honored in many seminars and conferences related to Astrology and Vaastu; Founder Member and Vice-Chairman of Noida Chapter of ICAS; Teaching Vaastu, Predictive Astrology, Horary and Mundane, for which, he has developed special inclination; Guiding Post Visharada classes and Conducting advance research in Prashna Shastra, Mundane, Corporate Astrology.
Brig. S.C. Sharma (Retd.)
Since July 2019, the Noida Chapter has been under the dynamic chairmanship of Brig. S.C. Sharma (Retd.), VSM, MSc, MBA, Jyotish Kovid and Jyotish Visharad. A decorated Army officer and an experienced astrologer, Brig. Sharma leads the chapter with a focus on integrity, depth of learning, and practical application of astrological sciences.
