Examinations at ICAS are conducted twice a year, in June and December, for all courses. Students must register for each exam through the ICAS Portal within the given deadlines. Exams are normally held offline at designated ICAS centres, but students who do not have a centre within 50 km of their residence are allowed to take the exam online.

To progress to higher levels like Visharada or Acharya, students must first clear the Praveena level in the same subject.

If a student does not pass or wishes to improve their score, they can re-appear by paying a nominal re-exam fee. Results are announced on the ICAS Portal: by 15th September for June exams and by 15th March for December exams.

On successful completion of a course ICAS awards certificates to the students.
