Registration and Enrolment

ICAS Noida Chapter offers courses in Jyotish, Vāstu, Hasta Rekha (Palmistry), Nādi, Nakshatra, KP, Tarot, and Numerology.

Process

The enrolment process for ICAS courses is simple and structured. Admissions open twice a year – in January and June. To enrol, students must fill out the online application form for their chosen course through the ICAS Portal

Every student begins with the Praveena level in their selected subject. After completing Praveena, they can progress to Visharada /Acharya or higher levels.

For admission, students must:

1 Fill out the application form.
2 Pay the tuition fee for the course.
3 Upload the screenshot of the payment as proof.
4 Keep these documents ready to upload:
1. A recent passport-size photo
2. A copy of your SSC marks card (or any higher qualification showing your date of birth)
3. A scanned signature
4. Proof of residence

Once the admission is approved, students are also required to become a Lifetime Member of ICAS and member of the ICAS local chapter. This involves filling out the Lifetime Membership Form and Chapter membership form paying a one-time fee of ₹2,000. While applying for membership, students must upload a recent photograph, a copy of their SSC or higher qualification showing date of birth, and a scanned signatur. The examination fee is payable just before the exams. The Lifetime Membership fee and chapter membership fee is payable only once, whereas the tuition and examination fees must be paid for each course.

Duration of courses
and schedule of classes:

Our class schedule is thoughtfully designed to accommodate students enrolled in multiple courses and to avoid any overlap. Since most of our students are working professionals, the timetable is structured to suit their convenience. Classes are typically held in the evenings on select weekdays and at different time slots on weekends.

For Jyotish Praveen and Visharad courses, online classes are conducted on Sunday mornings, with one additional class each on Friday and Saturday evenings. A minimum of five hours of study per week is required.

For other courses such as Vastu, Palmistry, Nadi, Nakshatra, KP, Tarot, and Numerology, classes are scheduled for 1 to 1.5 hours per week.

The detailed timetable is shared with all enrolled students via their respective WhatsApp groups after admission.

New batches begin every January and every June.

Order of Courses

Start with the Praveena level (beginner level).
After completing Praveena, you can move to Visharda or Acharya levels.

Fees to Pay at Admission

Admission Fees based on the Course Selected (Link can be provided)

Membership Fee (one-time only):

₹2,000 (for students in India)
₹5,000 (for students outside India)

This is payable by filling out the Life Membership form.

Examination Fee: Pay online while applying for exams.
First-time admission: Pay Life Membership Fee + Examination Fee + Tuition Fee.

Mode of Payment of Fee

Fee has to be made either though payment QR code or online by using details of the Bank given below. Please pay the relevant fees as per the course selected by you. Please upload the screenshot of the fee payment in the Admission Form as a proof of Payment made.

Remarks

1. Examination fees as indicated above has to be paid at later stage when LM number is issued and process of examination enrolment begins.
2. For Courses, SI No. 4 to 11, Students can take admission for One Course only at a time along with Jyotisha course.
3. The Examination for Jyotish Praveen and Visharad are held from Second Saturday to Third Sunday of June and December (Total Six Days). While the Exam for Palmistry / Vaastu / Nakshtra / Nadi Courses are held on First Saturday and Sunday of June and December.
4. Numerology, Tarot and KP can be opted with any of the courses listed.
